So I bought audi from Mersedes of sanford with autonation 90 days warranty. All my terrible experience is described at Mersedes review. Here is just the story what I'm having now dealing with autonation warranty. So I went to the Audi of Orlando since it's all part of Autonation. Explain what are the problems and showed them the list of bad parts, what I wanted to be replaced because they are in the list of covered parts, just the one what in the warranty, rest I will take care of. By the phone its actually hard to make an appointment so I just went to drop it of and and they told me it should be done in about two day. They need to do diagnostics and if it's warranty case I will not pay 250$ for that. So to see that all front of the engine is covered in coolant and its dripping and to read error codes you don't need much time. It took 24 hours to to make it happened and case was created and send to the office, after another 24 hours I got a response that inspector need to come and see it and hopefully it will be there maybe today...(so already3 days and non of work have been done)....for me just interesting to see what??how water pump is leaking? Autonation don't trust officials dealers mechanics? Probably I wouldn't really trust too, because on the video of the inspection mechanic says there is some blue and green leaks , MAYBE, washer fluid was added yo the system.Maybe!!! If you are a mechanic you should know color doesn't mean anything, it's just colorant(what even Audi website says about coolants) washer fluid also can be green, blue , red.....so why seing blue leaks you would assume that there is washer fluid added?why not blueberry juice or mouthwash? Not saying about problems to get around without car..and who knows for how long. TBA.. UPDATE. Now they want 3250$ for fixing the part what is not covered by the warranty. Tba..

By far the worst dealership in Florida. First car was a lemon, had to do the contract three times and now the service department won't even take my vehicle for service because they're "too busy with customers who relocated to Florida". Well, here's a novel idea, take care of the clients who purchased from you first. I tried that approach and was basically told to call emergency roadside, called them and they won't come pick up my car because it's not broken down. Clowns everywhere and horrific customer service. Stay away!

I was initially very annoyed, as I made an online service request and specified that it was to address a certain recall, but the morning of the appointment (3 weeks later), the service advisor told me that in order to do this service they would need to order the part and reschedule for a few (more) weeks later. Why didn't they see this and order it ahead of time in order to be ready for my appointment that was already so far out?? But, as you can tell by the fact that I'm still giving 4 stars, the rest of the experience was great. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean facility, even had great music playing. I would recommend going, but I'd also recommend calling them to confirm they've read your service request and have ordered your parts!

Took my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation and a couple of recalls. They gave me a loaner vehicle, which was great. They sent me a video of the service being done and called me when the service was completed. I was unable to get my car that evening, so I picked it up the next morning, which worked out well, and it was washed when I got it. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Just bought a used 2019 A5 that was recently received yet on the lot even though it had yet to be cleaned or inspected. Although the car is mechanically sound and drove nicely, I missed many body imperfections, dent in driver door, chipped rims from curb abuse, chipped windshield which had 2cm run veins that will eventually progress such that it will need replaced, just a matter of time. As it was after the drive, I agreed to purchase the vehicle and went home to get check book (down payment). Salesman, "Mo" stated he would get the car cleaned up and ready. Well, I got back and car looked fairly good but didn't inspect it, just walked in and purchased it. Well after accepting additional coverage plans in a misleading way of presenting them by associating cost mixed in total monthly fee for coverage plans and auto loan fee. Later that evening, noticed chip in windshield and got Mo to agree to replace it, yet work couldn't be done at the time. Well, ironically next following morn, a bird crash landed into my windshield which shattered it badly. Wouldn't you know, dealership now stipulating to go through insurance to get it replaced, even though they pre-approved to replace it which they deny now. Sadly, I have to believe they knew of the windshield chip and rim chips, sold me cosmetic warranty coverage anyway, yet now saying so bad, so sad for you. General Manager will not even return my call to discuss. I will never purchase another car from this dealership.

Romin Renfro was a great service representative that helped me get everything done and was informative when it came to what needed to get done and helped me prioritize certain service to be complete for the longevity of my vehicle. Thank you for providing professional service. The technician who worked on my vehicle also made a video showing me any current issues and I really appreciated that as well. As with and dealer the prices to get certain things fixed were expensive but that comes with owning a luxury car. I would highly recommend this service shop if you need a professional to look at it and money wasn’t an issue.

First service at less than 10k miles experience: besides the fact that appointments are taking weeks to be scheduled, once you’re there, Audi treats you well… I brought work with me and they offered me an office, I only had drop off as an option and they were able to finish in an hour something that I would have wait more than 3. That’s just common sense for an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. But those are things that you don’t see anymore in another dealers around. Christopher B. was the one who helped me this time, I give him 10/10. Impeccable. Since I bought my car here, my experience has been the best one. I want to get a Q7 for my wife as well… unfortunately they don’t have one yet. But I will be back, no rush!

I had an awesome experience with my service appointment. My windshield was broken and need to get that fixed along with my first service appointment and Danielle did an awesome job coordinating with insurance company and making sure everything is taken care. Part ordered was available in time for the service. Only improvement, I would suggest is to try and improve upon the appointment dates. I understand the situation with short staff. But I had to schedule my service appointment almost a month after.

Anthony Eghab was our brand specialist and I don’t see myself buying a car from anyone else moving forward. He had such a sincere warmth and sense of hospitality that gave me confidence that he truly cared about what was best for me and my family. There wasn’t one moment when I didn’t feel heard or felt pressured into buying; from start to finish I could tell Anthony put my fiancé and I’s wants and needs first and the sale was simply a byproduct of that type of care. As I drove into the service entrance I was greeted with a friendly person that directed me to have a seat and please help myself with Starbucks, which was very near to my seat. Within moments my service advisor Danielle, came and asked me to view & sign a few documents, and then lead me over to The loner desk which stood Brianna, with a smile. Just got a Audi A5 2019 used. Only my second car. Mazda sport 2017 was the trade in. Cool them up to check out the new car. They greeted me. Asked what I needed. And just minutes later I was off in a Nice loner. Just waiting on them to fix the problems they found. We'll see what happens next. Not to happy about how long it took to get fixed. Had a nice loner the whole time. Just glad it's back. All and all great service so far.

Not a great post purchase experience. This dealership basically sold me a car that they did not have the title to. It took weeks for them to admit that our license plate issues were because they had lost the title and were in the process of replacing it. So many hours of lost time in attempting to bring the situation to a positive conclusion basically led to a small apology and no accountability on their part. At several points, I was laughed at by the sales staff, rerouted to several other departments that could not help me and felt a basic feeling of disrespect by many members of their staff. If you are attempting to buy a car from them, please ensure that they have the title and it will save you a lot of frustration.

Where do I begin? Car buying has always been a grueling process for me. So, I was expecting this to be the same. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the entire exchange. It started with text nights from my awesome sales representative, Anthony E. before my purchase. Then, the night before, I received a personal call from the manager notifying me of their anticipation of my arrival the next day and to reach out if I needed anything. I took my 20-year-old son because I expected to be there ALL DAY and wanted the company, and we both expected him to be bored for hours with me. From the moment we walked through the door, we knew things were going to be different. We were immediately welcomed by, what felt like, everyone. Anthony was waiting for us, as was Starbucks coffee! One of the other associates must have sensed that I just worked a 14-hour night shift and brought me hand brewed espresso he made just for me. Anthony kept my son engaged as well, which was definitely above and beyond what one would expect during this sort of interaction, but we were both appreciative of this. The finance manager did the same thing! He was very friendly, engaging and professional. This was not only a friendly, organized and professional exchange, but it was expeditious! From the moment I walked into the door and drove off with my 2021 Mercedes A220, it was only one hour and 45 minutes!!! I've told everyone I know about my experience and will be returning to buy other cars in the future! There is no other way to buy a car now for me!!

First the quality of the work has been excellent. The appointment system for service is great and if needed the receptionist in the Service Dept can contact the Service Agents if needed. The people are great. The negatives are mostly due to the Supply Chain problems and the over loaded nature of the service department. The work bays are full, parts are in short supply and many have to be ordered from the New Jersey Center so repairs that would take 1-2 days can take a week or more. I don't see this changing and cannot really blame this on the staff or the process. I would suggest just being up front as much as possible on expected time delays and why and when the vehicle is ready get back to the clients ASAP with a Text or Call.

Service is good except the loaner car, I cant believe they charged me since I did bring back the car with the same level of tank best guess since the loaner never comes with full tank, its always just a little above half, so no way of getting and or measure when pump to where it needs to be. Outrageous to charge 10 miles for $10 or more.

Scheduled windshield and periodic service at same time. When arrived service did not have windshield replacement included. No mention when scheduling, the windshield would not be ready until next day, so I had no prior arrangement for transportation. They were able to find a loaner, but this should have been arranged in advance when I scheduled the work.

Is it me or is the Audi Service going down? I remember being treated well, but my last visit they tried to charge me for two new tires that they didn’t even put on my car. Over the course of owning my used 2019 Audi TT (excellent) I unfortunately discovered (repeatedly and randomly) a blank screen while using Apple CarPlay. I was able to replicate it using Android Auto. This helped to verify it wasn?t a cable, I-Phone version, etc ? After trying a variety of solutions I was eventually able to locate a TSB on this particular issue, which Audi can update the software to resolve. From the General Manager (Sunil) and Service Representative (Chris) who all worked with me ? this TSB was able to be installed and Apple CarPlay is now working properly. I also had an issue where my navigation maps had not been updated since the car went into production. Audi Talk worked with their technical team and in a couple of months I was able to download updates with instructions on how to install them for my car. I was able to perform this and now the maps on my navigation system are up to date for North America. My wife has had her 2015 Audi Allroad (which she absolutely loves) serviced here many times with excellent results and good experiences. Audi South Orlando is the best service department for any Audi we have ever owned. We have used others (resided outside of FL) for many years. The attention to detail, customer service, professionalism, courtesy, customer satisfaction, conscientiousness of work and quality goes far above any of the other Audi Service departments we previously had frequented (prior to moving near Orlando).

My experience at Audi South Orlando was very good. I had to get 50k service done as well as some recall work done. I knew it would take about 4 hours. Since I had work to do, I waited at the dealership. They have a quiet area upstairs that overlooks the showroom. Quick wifi and a little seclusion allowed me to get half a day’s work done while waiting for my car. I was pleased that the service came in under what I thought I was going to pay. I was impressed with the entire process and I highly recommend Audi South Orlando for service. Surprised they didn’t try to get me into a new car. But that’s just it. They were respectful of my time and let me do my work rather than try to wheel and deal me.

The service was okay but there were a few areas in which they could improve. I scheduled online and was given an estimate, but when I checked in I found that it was a different price (not a big issue here). Although the service rep offered the use of a Lyft service, that option didn't work for me, as I needed to get some food to eat and run a couple of errands close by. They did not have any loaners available, so I had sit in the waiting area for a few hours. This was not a pleasant experience, as there were some customers sitting in close proximity with no masks, and two of them were coughing constantly. After I left, I wanted to ask the Service Rep some follow-up questions, but I could not reach him or any other service rep. I called a few times and was stuck in the automated telephone system each time. When I finally got transferred to the rep, the phone rang until it was disconnected. I gave up. Also, it would have been helpful if the Service Rep provided his direct contact information and followed up with a call or text. UPDATE: I revised my original rating from 3 to 2 because I called several times to speak with the General Manager but could not reach him. I eventually got his voicemail and left a message but my call was never returned. If you are serious about customer service, you need to fix your phone system and try answering or returning calls.

We had a great experience at Audi with Anthony Egbah as our rep! Sunday Feb 13 was an on and off rainy day in Orlando, so we just thought we'd go browse the cars on the lots at multiple dealers. I really didn't have any particular make or model in mind for this purchase, but I've always been fond of the Audi models. Having driven a small compact Lexus IS250 since 2008 (I loved that car and hated to part with it) I put just over 100,000 miles on the car with no accidents thankfully, even considering I had driven to all places around the Orlando metro area including through the dreadful I-4 ultimate project. I travel down to the Sarasota area often and wanted the newer technology in the sound system and other options for those drives. Anthony showed us a few A4s in the showroom, but I could tell they were too large for me. So my husband and I went out to look at some of the used cars and I saw this awesome looking little A3 Premium with Turbo. Anthony let me drive it around the lot and then we took it out to do a full test drive and I fell in love. It's a 2018 but in perfect condition since it had was leased and maintained only thru this South Orlando Audi dealer. It had just the right amount of new features that I was looking for. Anthony showed me all the features and was very patient and not pushing me to go with a new car and so I ended up purchasing this gem. I LOVE driving this baby and hope to love it for years. At this point I would definitely recommend you consider taking a visit if you're looking for a new or used car. And ask for Anthony! He's awesome.

Trying to return my mom's lease given she was in hospital and can't drive. Would not accept power of attorney even though my mom was in hospital with serious condition. (is that even legal?) They've been playing games for weeks and continue to cash the checks each month at my mom's expense. Very slow to respond. Won't give any other option. Only called me back after threatening to sue them. Shane is the best part of that organization given he's the only one that seems to care.

Christopher was extremely professional and went the extra mile Sri e drive my vehicle with me to get a better understanding of the issue I was having. When I told him I would be working remotely while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, he escorted me upstairs where I could have a quieter place to work. I received the video from the service tech with what he was going to address now that he completed the oil change and multipoint inspection. When my vehicle was finished, I was in the middle of a meeting. At no point did Christopher make me feel rushed and I was able finish the meeting. I love coming to this dealership and wish all dealerships treated their customers with the respect and care as Audi South Orlando does.

Good afternoon, Customer service was okay. My car was serviced and I had to sit there over three due to them not having a loaner. When driving my car home yesterday after getting service it drove worse than what it was when I brought it in. I'm not sure what the issue is but when it is sitting at a standstill it is shaking and when I'm driving it's shaken and that was not happening prior to me bringing my car to be service. Please make arrangements so I can bring the car back in to have it looked at. I paid over $900 and I’m not a happy customer.

The best part is that there are no hidden fees such as “mandatory paint warranty” or “dealership upkeep fee” tacked onto their cars. Greg Bryson, the salesman did an excellent job helping us test drive a 2022 A4 and Q3 and giving my wife and I time to make a decision. He was never assertive or aggressive. My car broke down and I was not wanting to buy another one due to this current market! I went to a couple of dealerships before heading to Audi and I can say you will get the absolute BEST costumer service and value for your money here. I spoke to at least 3 salesmen at Audi, they were all super super helpful and sweet as they help each other and have a sense of teamwork so I never got the car salesman vibe from none of them. I do have to say though, Anthony Egbah TAKES THE CAKE!❤️ Not only did he show me my options, he also helped me order a car, and called me every time a new option that would be available sooner popped up (I would’ve been waiting for my car for another 6 months if it weren’t for him) . Another thing that I appreciated is Instead of me having to call and ask questions, Anthony was calling me with updates and or changes up until the day of the sale. He also called and checked up on my experience, and picked up my phone calls to answer any technical questions I had after the sale! Most salesmen will do a quick follow up call and drop it for good. Anthony, thank you for not taking advantage of the fact that two young ladies walked into a dealership to purchase a car by themselves and instead helped me find what I really want in a car and walked me through the process super smoothly. Thanks a lot! I now own my dream car, and I proudly recommend this dealership and Audi as a brand to anyone in the market for a new car! Thanks again Anthony!

Bought my 2021 SQ5 sport back in the Miami area about half a year ago and just moved to Orlando so needed a new dealership. I came in today for service and was met by Romin Renfro the Assistance Service Manager. There were some type of a miscommunication with the call center that took my appointment and he completely fixed everything. The alternative was I was going to have to drive all the way back home again with no accomplishment and essentially would’ve wasted a couple hours today which would’ve been frustrating. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I witnessed an amazing interaction between him and an elderly woman who was dissatisfied with something that was going on. I won’t get into details but it was a beautiful thing to see. And was so wonderful to see that elderly lady walk out with a big smile. Romin is a big reason why this is going to turn into my new dealership.

Buying a car here was a seamless process. David and Slav were both extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. When I arrived my car & paperwork I had called about were already waiting for me & I was able to leave with my car in about 30 minutes. I was really impressed that I was able to leave with an actual tag and registration in my hand and not a paper tag. Update 01/22 I’ve had multiple issues with the Audi A5 2022 after only having for 2 months one of those issues include wires showing on the left driver side front door panel. Service was not great with communication or willingness to fix the issues without being able to “replicate” it even with videos of the electrical problems. Eventually after not agreeing to pick it up they were able to replicate it & fixed the main problems. I still cannot connect myself as the key user so I cannot connect with the app either as an error message displays.

I took 1 star off for each major con and the managers response. In short, great first impression but pen to paper process was the worst I've ever experienced. Would not recommend for passive personalities. Go to a different dealership to get an Audi (great car). PROs Great test drive location Nice building Professional Staff HQ Services were painless and helpful (by phone) Communication, even after purchase was good. Purchase gift was a nice touch. Really enjoy the car. The tech and drive are great. CONs Not Military Veteran Friendly - took a week to get them to honor a manufacturer incentive for Veterans, which was a small rebate. But, only after a HQ inquiry request by me. Promises for trade in were not met upon car arrival. Bait and Switch tactics. They offered an initial price for trade-in car but didn't include it in quote, promised to honor it if no accidents occured. Once car arrived they lowered the trade in value but "claimed" that the taxes lowered by the trade in made it fair (not really because that was money you already were giving me due to the tax deduction from the trade in). They knew we were in a rush, so, was a little insulting to my intelligence. Especially, since all the information we provided them up front was still current when they inspected the car the first time and our carfox report on the day of purchase was actually a better instant offer than the agreement we established on the day we put the down-payment on car. Felt like once the car came in they were pushing me to back out, so they could sell the car for more, which gave me anxiety like they may refuse to sell it to me if I held them to their promised offer... after waiting for 10 weeks to get it. Because, I had a down-payment on the car it ensure that the vehicle would not be reallocate to another dealership, now that they had the car they didn't need me anymore. I mean, a week before the car arrived, my sales guy emailed me that I could walk away [when my Veteran discount was approved and then denied, to be later approved] if the veteran discount was so important to me. In a sense, "we got a car to sell so if you don't like our new prices you can beat it and will make more money on it" Final Thoughts Not sure if I would go through it again. Better experience than Nissan but low experience for me in the luxury car market (Mercedes has been my favorite while BMW vs Audi competing for worst). If you have a good court room personality like providing factual evidence, can hold out to their wait game, and are mindful of the bait and switch they use... you should have only a moderately frustrating, threatening, and anxiety driven experience. *Update: after speaking with the manager, he offered me a free car wash due to my Audi review. Then, say my google review. Got a call back with another apology and an ask if they could do anything. Pretty sure the car wash isn't $1200+ and pretty sure we will be going to Audi North going forward. Pretty sure the interest, alone, that I'll pay on the bait and switch can cover a car wash.

Their service department is the cleanest I've seen which leads me to believe they do apply the six sigma concept. The people working at Audi South Orlando are very kind, and I've appreciated the opportunity to work with them. However, in the 7 years (only 58k miles on it) I've had my A3 convertible, we've had to replace the water pump twice because of the plastic parts used, and the oil pan for the same reason. The plastic starts to warp and bend. I love my A3 but I'm actually planning to sell it because of this nonsense. There is also a safety recall that has yet to have a fix.

Recently serviced my Audi at the Audi south orlando dealership. From start to finish my service rep was Manuel. He went above and beyond and helped me every step of the way. Hope to see him again next time. My service technician was Francisco B. and he also was able to diagnose and fix my issue promptly. The dealership provided a video of the walk around and explained the issues. I was out of a vehicle for a couple days while the parts were on order. But the dealership took care of me and gave me a brand new 2022 to drive. Loved the new vehicle and would certainly love to drive the model years in the future. Do not buy a used car from this dealership please see below purchased a 2014 Bmw Gt Within alittle more then 1 week after purchasing it the air compressor went out . I called in because I was told anything that goes wrong for 3 months on the car would be covered . It turns out it was not per Mike your used car manager who did nothing for me but give me excuses and on top of that did not even look at my file that I purchased a separate premier verticals warranty. This enraged me as I am sure you can understand . If you were to buy a car in a week and something goes wrong with it . I am not buying a car from a small dealership but Autonation . This is so disappointing that autonation who prides themselves on customer service would treat a customer like this . Well I finally got a decision from Veritas and they cover the part and labor but are saying that they will deny due to pre-existing condition. I have not even told you your service department put in the wrong tire pressure sensors and just left them on . I just can’t believe in this day and age a company as reputable as Autonation would put a customer thru this Why in this day and age are car dealerships still acting like this especially a corporation who says one thing and does another . You would think Auto nation would take pride in there 125 point whatever buyer beware of this fraudulent dealership. I have called corporate about this and they have opened a investigation. Do not buy a car from here or beware , I hope all Autonation are not like this or there will be a lot of people in my position.

Do not trust this dealership - they lied to me about car purchase and would not talk to me just sent an email saying the car that I we agreed to on price and was told paperwork could not be started for a day or two - was sold later that day to another person. If they run there sales department this way I can only image there service department to be just as bad.

Took my cR in to get the new amp reprogrammed , They kept my car for 5 days. Never called me , when I finally keep calling, they said its done. Head over there they said they spend 1.5 hours on my car . But couldn't get it done . So I wasted 5 days without a car . And they spend 1.5 hours on it and couldn't get anything done . Ridiculous !!!!

Even though the shop was closed when we finished our paperwork, he had waited for us patiently to show us the car one last time and went over many details. Also, David Wood made the service writing/finance process so easy for us. He is an expert in what he does; he did everything he could to make sure we are happy with the service. He explained every detail and offered us great options. Overall, these two AWESOME employees made the experience of finding our car so easy and fun. I tried emailing the Service Manager to complain and his email was discontinued. I then had to take time out of work to bring the car back to fix it. When I picked it up again the problem still was not fixed. Now I am very frustrated because I cannot take any more time out of work to fix what should have been fixed in the first place. Besides this everything else was a 10 out of 10.

My A8 needed an oil change and I've been having intermittent issues with the MMI system. I also had a leaky tire. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and was asked to wait in the lounge. At the appointed time, someone came over and explained that my assigned service advisor was busy and he would check me in. I explained why I was there and detailed the issues I was experiencing with the electronics. He said I would get a text from my advisor when they did a walk around of the car. An hour or so later I got a text with a video of a technician walking around my car on the lift. That's a nice touch. He clearly explained what he was checking, measuring the tread and brake pads on all 4 wheels. He pointed out the nail in the leaky tire, saying it was close to the side wall, so the tire should be replaced, not repaired. The tires were purchased at this dealership and have about 15,000 miles on them. The nail was a good 2" from the side wall. I received a text from the service advisor that they recommended a new tire and they should be replaced in pairs. Her quite was $399. Per tire. I asked about the road hazard warranty and was told there wasnt one. This was my 2nd experience with buying tires from Audi dealers and having them deny the warranty when that was a key selling point of paying the premium price at the dealer. I subsequently got the tire repaired for free at Discount Tire. The had no issue with the repair. When I picked up the car, they had not even bothered to check out the electronics. That issue was completely ignored. I never met my service advisor. She was again too busy to meet me. It's a very nice and clean facility. The staff was courteous, but not particularly helpful. Their goal was to get me in and out as quickly as possible. On some level I do appreciate that, but my car was there most of the day, still has unidentified electronics issues, and I had to take it elsewhere to get the tire repaired. Sadly, the trip to Discount Tire was more pleasant than the visit to the Audi Dealer. That doesn't seem right.

The initial reception was very friendly and professional. The quote for the work was fast and spot on with explication of the individual line items and cost. Provided me with a loner Audi that was clean inside and out. When I returned the next day the repairs were perfect, checkout was fast and professional. I?ve always serviced my Audi at South Orlando Audi - this last visit confirmed my loyalty. Unfortunately the team refused to give me an R8 for a loaner..... oy! (Kidding).

Brought my A4 in for it’s 30,000 mile service and the technician sent me a detailed video of everything done in the inspection and potential replacements that needed to be made. When I told Austin I couldn’t hang around and wait for the service he set up with a nice 2021 Q5 as a loaner. Overall great service.

Brought on A4 2008 in to have convertible top reset. Returned twice. Leak in fluid. Send us home with leak. I returned again. Poor service did not fix issue. 3 rd visit said was ring issue and cords. $2000. I said no thanks. My husband tightened few screws, Top works fine

I give 3 stars overall since I was not charged for the work and since the service rep was very cordial/professional (Andre was a good front-man). I came in with an 0830 appt to figure out why my newly-bought CPO A5 had a loud squeal on one/both of the right-side brakes under normal driving conditions. I was greeted early and handled professionally by the staff, so I had a good vibe from the start. From there it took a wrong turn: 1. My car was not taken back to the shop for about 40+ minutes. 2. While waiting, we were entertained with very audible phone conversations from service/parts personnel that were laced with profanity. Just unprofessional and out of place when customers are around. 3. I watched through the service bay window and reviewed the video inspection to see what they would do. The inspection was cursory, looking at brake wear through the wheel and measuring visible pad thickness etc. All of that was good, as expected for a car with less than 13k miles, so their conclusion was that nothing was wrong. Given my write-up and localization to the right side as the source of the squeal, at least I would have expected that they pull the wheels and look more closely for any anomaly on the rotors/pads/calipers. At most I would have expected them to test drive and heat up the brakes to check performance. If that's a charge-able inspection, I would have liked the option to green-light a closer look. As is, this quick inspection still took nearly an hour to complete and generated no solutions. 4. When complete with the investigation, the car was driven from the service bay to park in front, and it took another 30+ minutes before I was notified that the work was complete and the car was ready to go. 5. When briefing me on findings, I was told that it may be due to the method of my braking and the aggressive nature of Audi's braking system. So...I'm over 50 and have had many cars from Japan, US, and Euro (currently have an M3 with even higher-end braking components). I know what "not right" sounds like, so that was a bit of an insulting diagnosis to direct me to try braking differently. It also implies that Audi brakes have a band of braking pressure where a loud metallic squeal is okay. That's just silly. 6. The same squealing was present every time I stopped for a red light on the way back home, adding frustration to the wasted 40-min drive to/from the dealership, and the 2.5+ hrs I waited on the car. So in terms of front-line service I feel I was treated professionally. In terms of the actual service that I requested, I feel nothing was addressed or diagnosed for further action. For these reasons, they don't earn another visit from me for service on my car. I'm willing to concede that I may be a one-off customer that things just didn't go well with, but a first impression like this is super-hard to erase.

He took us up to the top floor and as soon as me and my daughter fell in love with the color and it only got bigger when we saw the interior and all the electronics. I took a test drive and that cemented my desire to purchase the vehicle. We went into William Ortiz office and he walked through all the different products that would save us money if there was anything that might need some service. Don?t bring ur Audi in this Dealer. No costumer service, actually no service at all. I wait for give an estimate one and a diagnostic for the leaking oil in my car. After a week to make an appointment and my car leaking oil I waitv2 hrs in. There for they say they don?t because they didn?t checked the real reason and didn?t care . I asked to changes one bulb for my left front lamp and was not checked either . I saw my car be checking for 10 minutes in the elector in the mechanic area by the glass. Even air in my 4 tires sending message of inflate tires was did. Ever air in the tires was not gave to my in my 2 hours appointment. Iwas obligated to wait for 2 hora and no service at all! Other cliente in the wait room with me left the place mad and no service either and complained about w the manager. The manager is not absolve problem at all. Actually the service staff don?t care about the customer satisfaction . I Never will bring my car over there. I left the place almost 17:00 . Next day I went in Tuffy and they gave the diagnostic and estinatime in 20 minutes . My car was fixed and I?m happy have my car took care over there one more time . Don?t lose ur time and $$$ in Audi South service, they are not problem solved, gave me a lot of stress drive back home with my car without any diagnostic, service, care or whatever. Bring ur money to other businesses a serious one that will give value and appreciate ur time and business . This dealer service is a scam once they don?t provide care or service and we need most, made me hate be an Audi owner because this poor dealer customer service . The lady who supposed to be my ?adviser ? didn?t care either she is lost in this place and have zero customer care skill, like the manager . Bring ur business to any other place . Next day I had my car fixed and I can drive in safe , I will think twice before buy an Audi again because always a stress and no service in third fancy no service dealers, people in there think our car is a rocket science device and make us going to the dealer to fixed a car in 2 ,3 x visit in 15 days like we don?t have nothing to do it in life or don?t need our car. I felt my self trapped in this dealer and learned my lesson this time . I don?t recommend this dealer at all.

I had gone for a software update on my 2017 A4 and they did a timely job and also gave me a quote on what were the other work the car needed and how long it would take. As I had tire change, brake change and also wheel alignment due, it was not something cheap. Unlike most other dealership, they did not pressure me onto doing things right away. They explained me the seriousness of the issue and advised me on what needs to be taken care. They were highly professional and I will definitely go to them for the repairs when I am ready. Austin was my go to person and asked me to contact him when I am ready to do the repairs. He also said he will try to price match the tire cost with other dealers which is a good idea, otherwise the cost could go very high. Highly recommended..

I have owned 7 Audis over the years and went into Audi South Orlando (where I service my vehicle) to sell my 2019 A4. I met with a sales associate who offered my $18,500 for my vehicle. I was offered more from CarMax. I went across town to Audi North Orlando and they offered (and purchased) my vehicle for $22,500, just 24-hours later! How disappointing! We also have a Q7 which we will upgrade to a Q8 when the lease is up and that will happen anywhere but Audi South Orlando. Shop for pricing! Crooks!

Stopped in with my Wife to just take a look on my lunch break. Shane greeted up in the parking lot and asked if there is anything that he could help us with. We were really just taking a quick look but he insisted that we take a drive to get a feel for it. Shane took the time with us and listened to what we were looking for. Once we got in the Q5 we fell in love with it. He was so knowledgeable about everything this SUV had to offer. After talking it over with the wife we made the decision that we are going to move forward with the purchase. Shane was off that day but made it a point to meet me up there on his day off. Not too many people would do that and means so much to me. He stayed there all night till 10:30 at night to make sure everything went smoothly. Had my 30,000 mile service plus tire rotation. When I checked out I was told car in tip top shape see you next year. At 5:30pm same day I get a video that service tech made of my service and he explains that I have an alignment problem and my tires are cupping and feathering which will cause noisy, rough ride over the coming 10,000 miles plus drastically reduce life of tires. Great touch having video of car getting serviced, but it should have been shown to me when checking out. Had to call back next day to make another appointment to have alignment done.

Awful. Do not ever get your car serviced here. They will break your car and give it back to you. Then they will valet it back to their dealership and break it some more. Then they will offer to valet it back again and “accidently” send their driver to the wrong address. Also, Derek is the worst and ditches his responsibilities to run after rich white folk. He needs some serious training in customer service and communication. Harrison attempts to be helpful but I suspect is working with a bunch of incompetent people and can only do so much.

I was very disappointed on my last visit. I made the appointment online for 12/29/2020 at 9am. A costumer service lady from Audi called me couple days before to confirm it. At that moment I asked her how long the oil change service would take and she said that could take between one to one and a half hour. I mention that I have to leave the dealership no later then 10:30am and she affirmed me that I would be ok. So, on the day of the appointment I arrived on time, 8:58am. I waited about 20 min until an advisor came to get me for the paperwork. At that time, I express to the advisor, Mr. Manuel Camacho, that I have to be out of there by 10:30am, and he told me that he could not guarantee the service would be done on time. He did have time to argue with me for about 10 min, which I mention that he was wasting time. I explain to him that I spoke to the costumer service and she said that would be time enough to do the service. Mr. Camacho was extremely rude, did not express any desire to help me and told me that I should reschedule my appointment. So, I made changes to my work schedule, planned to get my car serviced, drove 30 minutes to get to the dealership, and once I arrived I have to reschedule because your advisor thinks that 1:30 min is not time enough to just change the oil ? I also told him that he did not have to send my car to wash, and because of all the time he wasted, I told him the latest that I could wait would be 10:45am. His answer was that I did not want to take his advise. Anyways, the work order was finished at 9:47am and my car was ready by 10:28am. At last, I would like to raise 2 questions? Are the advisors there to help the costumers? Is your costumer service saying that service can be done just to get the client? In the middle of a pandemic shouldn?t your employees be more proactive and help clients be out of the store as fast as possible?

I am very irritated with this Audi. They never informed us that the routine oil change will take 4-5 hours, and of course we are never extended the courtesy of a loaner in the interim. It is so different from the original dealer I purchased from who bends over backwards to ensure we are well taken care of , and never inconvenienced. But since we moved to Orlando we have never had the same experience! My husband spends 6 days a week in the hospital and on his 1 day off he has to wander around aimlessly at a mall because that's the only courtesy he is allowed. This is disrespectful of our time and very inconsiderate to not have mentioned how long this would take. Having both an Audi and a BMW I know now I shall never again buy another AUDI, at least not in Orlando.

I just bought my second Q5 from them. The sales department is very helpful and pricing and negotiation not too bad and actually better than anywhere else. You can trust me on that as I have purchased over 25 years in past 35 years. The reason for 4-star not 5, is the extremely pushy finance manager/salesman. You make a deal, go to sign for it and they try to sell you all kinds of extra stuff. I do not mind a short presentation of what is available, but they seem not to understand the word "NO". I do not think a so called "finance manager" should be pushing sale of anything. Otherwise, the sales department, the selection, and pricing is exceptional and I highly recommend them.

Romin at Audi south orlando is the only person you can trust. The dealerships on the other hand did a terrible job handling the service on my S6. They disrespected me based on appearance and social status and in turn put the life of their customer in danger. The negligence and the way they handled my tire put myself at risk and also made it to where I most likely will not purchase another Audi in my life. Sending a customer out with a bent tire and shot alignment put my life in danger all over two dealerships who didn't want to pay for a tire. Would not recommend to anyone.

Before visiting Audi South Orlando I visited a few car dealerships. My experiences at other dealerships were pretty consistent in that I wasn’t given much attention probably due to being visually young. However, as soon as I entered Audi South Orlando Carlos greeted me very kindly and attentively. He was a great listener, not pushy, and seemed to really care about what I wanted. After I decided to purchase my car, I met with Gabriel who was very transparent, kind, and informative. He even called me the next day to offer me a BETTER interest rate and LOWER car payment. I had already signed papers and accepted the terms the night before so it was very obvious to me that he did not need to do that but chose to be helpful and empathetic. I bought a lower priced vehicle at this dealership but I was treated like I was buying the most expensive. I hope I can continue to do business here as time goes on

I was satisfied with the service, and was very happy to be provided with a courtesy vehicle due the repair. I also have a comment related to the vehicle . I brought my vehicle in for service 2 days prior stating I saw an intermittent check engine light. It was also running very rough. This turned out to be a fouled plug (surprising failure at 26k mi.). I was surprised to see the check engine light on the next day. This turned out to be a failed damper motor. I would have expected there to be a log of failures such that the second failure would have been indicated. Again, I was happy with the service.

The service department was great. We drove to Orlando for our vacation and had a stone hit our windshield and put a large crack in it. Our home Audi dealership didn’t recommend trying to drive back home with the damaged windshield. They suggested contacting Audi South Orlando. Harrison from Audi South Orlando called me right back and got me on the schedule right away. They replaced the windshield on the same day as when I dropped it off and also provided me a rental car at no charge. Harrison and the entire staff where very professional and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend Audi South Orlando for service and I’m sure their sales staff is just as professional and accommodating.

I needed my car serviced for an oil change. I was greeted right away when I arrived and processed fairly quickly. My service advisor was friendly, efficient and professional. I traveled 700 miles to purchase a vehicle from Audi South Orlando. Not only was it the best price I could find while searching a 1,000 mile radius for the specific model and trim package, my sales representative, Mo Hind, was the most honest and upfront car salesman I have ever met. If I owned this dealership, I would be taking steps to transition Mo into general manager at the very least.

Poor Service at the Audi of South Orlando. I'm writing this review based on the level of service I had with repairing my car with an issue that was never resolved with 7 visits and 4 repairs. I firmly believe that the service department does not know what they are doing with servicing Audi's. I believe this dealership should have done their research about the issue I was having with my Audi A4 instead of "shotgun attempts" at a repair. If you have or considering buying an Audi from this dealership and getting service, I would strongly consider looking for service elsewhere.

incompetent service , after a year and 4 visits we purchased our 2020 audi Q7 they still can make work my audi connect .. a device and service offered in our purchase deal, excuse over a excuse , now they leave me on my own and ask me to call myself audi usa to resolve the issue (?) , what kind of suggestion is that ?.. we will not buy another audi there , for this and many other problems , this was the third audi of my family purchased there !! Bad business policy if you ask me.

I went for check engine light issue and they told me few issues on the car, and they told me total repair cost about 3900.00 included new tire cost 1200.00. So, I didn't want tire and they claim fixed. After a few days, A/C issue, went back and they said fixed and charged me 370.00. A month later A/C had issue and went back, they told me 2900.00. I gave up and back home.

I’m feeling a little deceived by Audi South Orlando. I traded in emu BMW 3351 xDrive and the manager originally offered $12K, then later said $13K was the best he could do. I told the manager I’d done the research and he could easily resell for $$20K. Oh no he said, they wouldn’t make much at all. Guess what, the car is now on the lot for sale at $20K. I caved in because I was purchasing an Audi from them. Lesson learned, don’t get pressured and go with your gut. I love the new Audi, but seeing this has damper the joy of owning a new car!!

Even though I live closer to another Audi dealership, I prefer to drive 40 minutes to take my Audi in for service at the south Orlando Audi location. The Customer service is top notch and wouldn’t think of taking my car any other place. My service advisor always calls me back on the same day and always keeps me informed of my car’s status while being serviced.

We love our Audi Q7 which we purchased from Audi of South Orlando this past Saturday. We had ordered the car and due to the COVID virus the factory in Europe was shut down so our car arrived later than expected. Paul Kindberg, our sales person, kept us updated throughout the waiting period and at settlement was very knowledgeable in helping us set up everything. David Wood was our finance person and was excellent in answering all our questions during the lease process. This is the second Audi we have purchased from this dealership and would certainly consider doing it again.

My husband and I had such an awful experience with another Audi dealership in the area, and the team at Audi South definitely turned everything around. We initially placed an order with the first dealership over a year ago. Upon trying to decide on an Audi exclusive color, said dealership was unable to even show us paint samples. We popped into Audi South, as they had a vehicle on their showroom with a color we were considering. We were approached by D'mani and once we told him why we were there, he took his time to show us the books of Audi exclusive colors our salesman told us did not exist. D'mani went out of his way to assist us, knowing we had ordered a vehicle elsewhere, and took his time explaining the process and our options. We took his business card, as we knew who any future purchases would be through, and headed out. Just days later (months after our order was initially placed), we learned our order had been entered incorrectly and it quickly turned into a nightmare, and we would have to start the process over. I called up D'mani to see if he would be able to help us, he was more than willing to do so and we proceeded to start our new order with Audi South. From factory delays to pandemic delays, we hit about every bump in the road you can imagine. D'mani did an excellent job of keeping us informed and never made us feel like a burden when we would check in. His manager, Sunil, was also very helpful and sympathetic to our situation and made sure we were taken care of. Finally, a little over a year after we had placed our initial order, we received the call we had been waiting for! D'mani made sure the car was absolutely perfect and the color we chose was even better than we had imagined! David took care of us on the financing side and was great to work with as well. After everything was signed and the car was officially ours, D'mani walked us through all of the vehicle's features and helped familiarize us with all of the technology. This was definitely a wild experience, but I cannot express how grateful my husband and I are to the team at Audi South. Dealerships need more salespeople like D'mani. D'mani could have easily written us off the first time we met, as we had already purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Instead, he took a good chunk out of his day to help us out. While our order ended up taking an insane amount longer due to the first dealership's error, I'm glad we ended up at Audi South.

My dream car (blue Audi A5) was sitting in the showroom floor when I walked in. Several hours later it was mine and I drove it home. The entire process from start to finish was easy. My sales person, Gio, was fantastic. The price was exactly what I was looking to pay and I got exactly what I wanted for my trade-in. My only knock against the process was meeting with the finance person after the deal was solidified, so I thought. They sold me on an Audi Care program that bumped my monthly payment up $100/month. I felt a little trapped and felt like I had to buy at least one of the packages he was pushing. So I bought the cheapest one. I still think Audi South Orlando is a great place to buy a car and I would recommend them. I would buy another car from them in the future.

The short story: Quality service, efficient communication, and informative team who provide excellent product!!! The long story: I found this company online. Their website was really easy to navigate. I found all the information I needed regarding car history. I reached out via their portal and got an email the following day and started communication Mr. Micheal Collins and Mr. Adam Safdari. All my questions were answered efficiently and I secured the car the following day. I live out of town, and they agreed to delivered to me with tag and registration complete!!! We have a low-mileage Q5 that required maintenance. I had a great service experience when I brought the car in last year and specifically asked for Victor to take care of our car. Victor is professional, knowledgeable, very meticulous describing recommended maintenance. The team diagnosed a water leak which was repaired. The brakes were done, oil change, etc. very satisfied with the way Audi South Orlando treats their customers, great maintenance. I trust our car to the dealership.

The dealership is nice. The sales folks are very nice and not pushy. The car I traded my Mercedes in on is beautiful. The only negative is the car I drove away in was not the car I thought I was buying. This was on my drive home from the dealership I noticed an option that wasn’t in the car I purchased vs the car I test drove. I called and was told the car I test drove sold 2 days prior. Was kind of bummed since to me it was a very nice selling feature. And I wasn’t initially told prior to the purchase that the car I test drove and thought I was purchasing was not in fact the car I purchased. There was also a 2k difference in price verses the one I purchased. Other than that the dealership is great.

He not only gets you serviced in a timely manner, but he also give you honest advice on what repairs are recommended without trying to sell you anything additional. I have personally fired 3 other dealers as they tend to be all about the money and not the customer. South Orlando Audi is my home for life for my Q7 and A8. After having our 2011 Prius totaled in a car crash, we desperately wanted to replace our Prius with another Prius. It was a grueling process trying to find another car by the time the rental was due back and we called over 10 different dealerships about 25+ different used Prius’ available. There was one used Prius at the Audi South Orlando/AutoNation that caught our eye. It was a 2014 Prius and had more features than ours did. Both Paul & Austin were a huge help. They were super patient, answered every single question we had (which was a lot) and were super kind during all of it. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from either Paul or Austin. David, the contract guy, was also super positive and gave us some good laughs. Also, they have an amazing hot chocolate/Starbucks coffee machine along with a very comfortable waiting area.

The salesman (Eddie) was helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The price on the website was lower than the price on the windshield and they honored the lower price without any hesitation. The finance manager (Sterling) was helpful in describing the add-on plans but not pushy at all and didn't try to steer me in one direction or the other. I would recommend them to anybody in the marker for an Audi.

Crooks. Brought Audi A4 in for check engine light and 75,000 checkup. They did the 75,000 mile service, then looked at the check engine light and called and said I needed $4,500 worth of repairs to my car. The maintenance on the vehicle was over $1,200. I would have refused the maintenance because I was not willing to put $4,500 into repairs to the vehicle. They should have read the diagnostics FIRST, then done the maintenance. They didn't look out for the best interest of the customer. Instead I paid for the maintenance, and took the car and am shopping a different dealership now to replace my A4. Will never recommend to family or friend. Beware.

Just purchased a CPO Q7. James Byrnes was very helpful; test drove the car Saturday, had a second look Sunday to fit car seats in the third row and purchased the car Monday! James was very knowledgeable about the car features and took time to listen to what we cared about in a new vehicle and personal preferences. After listening to us he shared with us what they had in inventory that matched and we found the perfect car. James did a great job after the sale helping set up all the smart features and car was detailed very nice. Appreciated the friendliness and attention we received from everyone there. We went in to check the oil. We got it topped off and at 700 miles the Audi alert came on with low oil. Very odd at 700 miles as its burning to much oil. Audi charged me $190 to do a diagnosis and at the end said nothing was wrong and it was the "pistons" which is $8,000 repair. I find it hard to believe that is the issue. The service was top notch service and everyone is very kind, I was disappointed in the charge and "solution" that was provided.

Chris Beracierto is my service advisor. I just want to say how wonderful my service experience has been the last few weeks. I just leased a new audi Q5 for my wife and a few weeks ago i noticed the interior lights were flickering. I made an appointment with Chris and he took care of me like a rockstar. The initial appointment was predicted to take longer than expected and Chris quickly put me in a loaner car even though I had not reserved one. I was only at the dealership for 10 minutes and I was already on my way back home. I was shocked how fast he took care of me. He ordered the part I needed and installed the new part today today. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I will lease my next car from your dealership because now I know the service experience is going to be flawless. We came from a BMW and all I have to say is your service experience blows theirs out of the water.

It was my first time at Audi South Orlando, and I purchased a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) Audi Q5. I've never purchased a certified car, but in this case, the sticker price was non-negotiable. According to a few industry sites like cars.com and cargurus.com, the vehicle I bought was listed at $2000-2500 below market value, so I didn't think I was getting taken advantage of. The two salespeople I worked with were very accommodating and easy to work with. The experience was a pleasant one overall, and despite a clerical error with the paperwork being written up with the wrong VIN, they took care of the issue in a timely and professional manner and it wasn't an inconvenience to me. Paying sticker price for a car is not something I'm used to, and when you add the tax, tag, title and dealer fees the price jumps almost $3500. The dealer did manage to get me a pretty good finance rate through their financial partners, which was a few 10ths of a point less than my pre-approved loan. The bottom line is, I'm happy with my purchase, the people I dealt with at Audi South Orlando were friendly, professional and at no point did I ever feel pressure to make any deal. I would not hesitate to return here for my next car purchase.

So my rental car was damaged in a hotel parking lot hit and run. Rather than go through a long lengthy and costly insurance issue I called to check the price of a small (or so I thought) reflector on the bumper of the Q7. When I picked up the piece I found out it was a whole component. The service desk immediately went to work getting me worked in that evening at little cost, cleaned the car, topped off the oil to make the oil light go off and got me rolling again. The facilities were beautiful. The people were warm, professional, friendly and could not have been KINDER. Something most people have lost. I never considered owning an Audi. This experience has changed my mind. The most real MAGIC you will find in Orlando!

Anthony is not only very personable, he listens intently to the customer and works concertedly to match the car and price to the customer's satisfaction. Anthony ENJOYS his job and his employer; his sincerity is obvious upon shaking his hand and his pleasant demeanor and laugh are infectious. Richard Castro, Director of New Car Sales, was also eager to help me and very calm and professional -- even when my indecisiveness could have easily elicited much different responses. I was interested in a Q5 there. When we went in to review some different payment scenarios, I asked and was told in no uncertain terms there would not be a hard inquiry. While waiting for the salesman to return, I pulled up my Credit Karma score and saw the dealership just ran a hard inquiry. The "finance guy" tried to lecture me on how credit works. Seriously? It wasn't a misunderstanding; the words were clear "It won't be a hard inquiry" I disputed it on my credit report but the dealership will not budge. If they lack the integrity to honor what their salespeople say, do you think they'll do right by their customers? Not a chance!

We bought a new 2018 Audi A5 Cabriolet at a dealership in southern Florida but live closer to Orlando South. We had an issue right away with our new car and took it into service with Orlando South. They were incredibly helpful even though we purchased the car elsewhere. They bent over backward to correct our issue, inform us of features on our new Audi we hadn't been shown at the dealership where we purchased our car, provided us with a loaner car, expedited our service since we had a trip planned and ordered accessories for us. Our only regret is that we didn't purchase through them - but we will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Orlando South!!

The closing process for the purchase of the vehicle was a night mare. We spend over three hours waiting for the financial person to get to us .(we walked out due to the frustration) This was the Black Friday weekend that was not staff appropriately. I bought my certified pre-owned 2017 Audi A4 a month ago and recently discovered that a previous owner spilled something on the center console infotainment center causing buttons to stick. I took the car back to the dealer but was basically called a liar and that I spilled something on the buttons. The dealer refused to fix the console saying it is not covered by any warranty. It seems that they treat potential buyers with so much attention but once you buy, they forget you. After spending 40K on a car, you'd think that it would be a no brainer to address a simple problem. Especially seeing that the vehicle underwent a supposed 300 point inspection before it was sold to me but it seems that was a lie. In addition, the vehicle inventory listed different rims than what I received, therefore making the 300 point inspection a complete fabrication. Overall, very disappointed with Audi of South Orlando. My sales agent was very professional but surprisingly is no longer with them. I will never be doing any business with this dealership in the future.

It was already closed and everyone gone despite the fact that I called ahead to state that I might be a minute or two late. We were taken care of by Miss Evelyn Castro, who was very attentive and polite. The only restriction was that the first proposal made by Miss Castro and her manager was declined by us, and after that there was no contact from them for a new proposal. I called with a new proposal. Therefore, before giving the sale as lost, I believe that they should have exhausted all the possibilities. It seems to me that they did not believe or thought we were just looking. Other than that, so far so good.

Tracy (Audi Brand Specialist) was a pleasure to work with and exhibited just the right balance of salesmanship. He was quick to get back to me on any questions I had, but never came across pushy or intrusive. Both Tracy and Bob (Finance Manager) also graciously stayed almost an hour after closing to work on sorting through some numbers and managed to meet my target price & terms. The sales person I was dealing with was just fine. I had no problem with him....HOWEVER the Finance Manager really left a sour taste in my mouth. It seems all the finance manager really wanted to do was sell me additional things other then the car I had already agreed to buy. I told him I didn't want any extras, no add-ons, no maintenance agreements, NOTHING extra at all. I just wanted to pay for the car and leave. I had to repeat myself several times but the finance manager STILL wasn't getting it. I couldn't believe this guy. I nearly got up and just left without even buying the car. I came very close to doing exactly that. If this is the way AutoNation has instructed their finance manager to treat customers, he is doing what you've asked of him but shame on AutoNation for doing so. If AutoNation has NOT instructed their finance manager to deal with customers like this then upper management better rein this guy in a lot or better still just put him out on the sales floor and have him irritate customers out on the sales floor instead.

We had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Specifically, we really enjoyed our test-drives/browsing vehicles with Giorgi. (Gio) He was extremely knowledgeable about the different vehicles and their technologies. Neither Gio or the sales manager ever tried to pressure us into a decision. They simply stated the facts and let us decide. We decided on a vehicle over lunch and called Gio to let him know. By the time we got back, he had much of the paperwork completed and the vehicle already headed to detail (It was black friday and extremely busy). In the end, we were able to find the prefect vehicle for my wife. Our new Q5 has been incredible. It has endless technology and an awesome Bang & Olufsen (B&O) sound system. We have owned several vehicles as well as a home theater system that was Bose brand. Although Bose has been great, it doesn't compare to the B&O system in our car. There are too many technologies to list, but I would urge you to take a test drive. And ask for Gio.
